Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to our the gift cards on Potts Of Honey website:

  1. Gift Card can be redeemed online in the Potts Of Honey website only.
  2. Our Gift Cards cannot be used for in person purchases.
  3. The Gift Cards balance will be reduced by the amount spent and the remaining balance (if applicable) will be available accordingly against future purchases.
  4. Gift Cards can be used towards payment for an order, with the balance being paid by other accepted method.
  5. If a product purchased with a eGift card is exchanged for one of a lower price, then any balance owing will be issued as a eGift Card.
  6. Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded after being issued.
  7. Potts Of Honey cannot be held liable for lost or cloned card numbers and Potts Of Honey cannot verify the card number user is the intended recipient – please protect them as if cash.
  8. These terms and conditions do not affect your rights at law, for example the Consumer Rights Act 2015.  Please see the Citizens Advice website at citizensadvice.org.uk for more details.
